Webmaster Steve Fitchett surfitch@comcast.net         President The President, who basically tries to ensure all the other duties get performed in a timely manner.  It is the President's name that goes on the the EPGS Lease, Insurance, and any other official club correspondence.  The President is typically the liaison with other companies and gaming organizations wishing to collaborate with EPGS.         Treasurer The most critical job in the club, it is the treasurer that ensures everyone pays their dues, which are the lifeblood of our continued ability to pay for our use of gaming facilities.  They also run the raffle, half of which goes straight to keeping our club afloat financially.  The treasurer also collects contact data for all members so we may contact them as necessary with club news, especially last-minute changes of venue.          Publicity Responsible for dispersing information about EPGS to our community with the hopes of recruiting new members.         Newsletter Editor Our editor traditionally collects data on the games played, collects & writes articles on club events (like tournament participation), and anything else of interest to our membership.  The information in our Newsletter is a natural means by which prospective new EPGSers can judge if they'd like to come and game with us.         Webmaster One of the things our webmaster does is post the newsletters on our website for others to find.  The website also provides contact data, how to find us to game with us, and other useful links and information of interest to our gaming community.
