GMT East
Several EPGS Members will be attending the GMT East convention in White Plains, New York April 23-25. This small con features GMT games (of course) and draws not only players but some game designers as well. There are still spots available and it would be great to have a larger EPGS presence there. You can reserve a spot by sending a note to Allan Rothberg arothber@optonline.net
A Note from the President
EPGS has no set time at which we "must" vacate the community room, but we must all exercise common sense in not ruining our current tenant status. The Mall starts closing down at 9:30 PM, usually brought to our attention by the fact that the bathrooms are locked at that time. There should not be any new games started that cannot be completed by this time. We have some leeway in finishing games, but generally, by the time the teenagers have been cleared from the mall, we should all have left as well. 10 PM has been fine so far, but I don't believe any of us is justified in trying to "push the envelope". Just because you may have been allowed to once does not mean it's a good idea. It would be a shame if a few members jeopardized the club's existence. We all need to encourage each other to pack up and get out by 9:30 PM, regardless of whether you need one more turn or not.
Hoping we can all enjoy EPGS for years to come,
Bob Hranek
